Didn't enjoy it as much as I did your first creation.
I think it would've sounded better if you infused more string elements in the song.
The same staccatos get a bit repetitive.

Murdaa took this one easy with his impersonation.

Good job to both of the MC's, you did great. Waus definitely needs to get a better mic, or at least EQ his shit to make his voice sound like it isn't muffled with a sock filled with peanut butter. Grimcredible did well as always, in my opinion, good punchlines.

I think my vote is gonna have to go to Grim.

I think it could've used some Timpani and maybe a little crescendo with the strings.

But overall it's a dope remake.
